Our yoga retreat is located near the lava flow and active volcano on Big Island, HI on the east side of the island in Pahoa. 



Volcanic Hot Springs is a private hot springs resort that is all inclusive stay. The gracious hosts prepare 3 organic meals per day with their company, Big Island Catering and Happy & Raw.

5 Day Retreat~ is for those looking to unplug, tune in, and reneengerize themselves through practice. No class or lecture is required, but reccommended. Students are welcome to choose their own adventure here and take advantage of any/ all the classes and amenities we provide including yoga, soaking, massage, excursions, etc. 


12 Day100 HR Teacher Training~ is for those looking to deepen their practice, expand their knowledge of ancient Hatha yoga principles, and learn the foundations of asana for 100 hours of completion towards their 200RYT. Students are encouraged to find their authentic voice in Self Exploration and Leadership Development on the path to becoming a Beginner Vinyasa Yoga Teacher.



To relax and renew OR Graduates are invited to finish their remaining 100 hours at our Module 2 offerings to be eligible to register as a Yoga Alliance 200RYT professional yoga teacher. View more about Becoming a Yoga Teacher on our website.

Any person who is interested in learning more about Hatha yoga is welcome to the training. Please be aware that this is a rigorously physical and mental program in which you will be participating in 2 physical yoga classes per day and up to 4 hours of study and lecture. Students are not required to have prior yoga knowledge, but it is recommended for students to feel comfortable within a classroom setting.

Yoga Application 


The purpose of the Zenality Yoga Immersion Teacher Training Program is to provide an education platform for future yoga instructors in their personal growth and understanding of Hatha yoga principles.


The 180 Hour Teacher Training program teaches asana practice, breathing exercises, class sequencing, and meditation while integrating teaching techniques for graduates to pursue future administration of a beginning level Hatha yoga class.  


Students who wish to be a recognized Professional Hatha Yoga Teacher may complete 20 more hours through a thesis assignment and logged teaching hours post program. Zenality will then approve those students to be RYT200 certified by Yoga Alliance.

Typical Schedule

6:00 – 6:30 Tea and light snacks

6:30 – 7:00 Meditation / Meditation Study

7:15 – 8:30 Active Asana Practice/Sun Salutations/Private Practice

8:30 – 9:30 Breakfast

9:30 – 12:30 Workshop / Classroom Session

12:30 – 3:30 Lunch / Free Time / Homework/Nature Hike or Programed Daily activities

3:30 – 5:30 Workshop / Classroom Session

5:30 – 7:00 Restorative Asana Practice and Workshop

7:00 – 9:00 Dinner / Evening Study / Homework 


Your tuition includes:

After completion of this course, you are eligible to apply for your 200 RYT certificate from Yoga Alliance. Our school is recognized as a registered Hatha school of Yoga.


Every student of the program will receive a Graduation Certificate honoring them for completing the program.


Students who wish to be recognized as a Professional Hatha Yoga Teacher (RYT200) must:

Submit an (1) INSTRUCTOR THESIS ASSIGNMENT and (2) LOG OF TEACHING HOURS to Zenality School of Yoga for a TOTAL OF 20 HOURS.


Graduates have 1 year to complete this assignment. Zenality will then APPROVE each student completed on Yoga Alliance website to receive their credentialing certificate to be a certified yoga instructor.



We seek out the most beautiful and well balanced locations for restoration and adventure. The locations are hand picked according to the nature that surrounds it and the amenities it shares to aid in our growing experiences.

Payment information and Cancellation Policy:
Option 1:  After the installment of your $600 deposit,  a payment for the balance in full 60 DAYS prior to the training start date.
Option 2: After the installment of your $600 deposit, a second payment 60 DAYS prior to training start date of at least 50% of remaining balance.   The balance remaining in full within 30 DAYS prior to the first day of the training start date.
Please inquire for alternate payment arrangements in advance for consideration.


*Manuals will be given to each students first day of training.



Each student will receive a book list, vocabularly terminology, and reccommended class hours to take prior to the start of the program. Those who initiate the material before the program find great success and less fatigue as they embark on the yoga journey within the 18 days.



Cancellation requests must be made one month prior to the training start date for a full refund. After that, a forfeiture of deposit.  Cancellation after the first day of training will not be eligible for a refund, unless duly submitted with doctors notes and documentation to be reviewed by the discretion of the school. It is only with a documented case will the school consider partial refund given extenuating circumstances. The no refund standard is non-negotiable.
