Tori G:

Tori came to yoga as a source of healing, during a profound life transition in her early twenties. Her practice and teaching have led to travels in Bali, leading a retreats in Nicaragua and Mexico, dancing with Shiva Rea, and sitting in deep self study.  She resonates with the amazing potential of bringing people together and creating community through the practice of yoga. Tori's practice is daily, though not always on the mat or in the studio. She has learned from her teachers and through her own experience that yoga is much more than the physical representation through asana - which is a very powerful vehicle - it is about living a full spectrum compassionate and grateful life.

Tori teaches an inspired and breath based flow. Initially drawn to alignment & heart opening flows, she weaves these fundamental elements into Prana Vinyasa inspired sequences. She infuses her practice with music, simple wisdom, and creative energy. Tori is a new mama to her beautiful baby girl Josephine. Through her own transformation and journey of pregnancy into motherhood, she has discovered a passion for helping women connect to themselves and their practice before, during, and after their pregnancy.

Tori has been teaching yoga asana since 2009. She completed her 200hr certification with Flow Yoga Center (Washington, DC) and 500hr in the Prana Vinyasa tradition.

Jolene Dickerson:

It is Jolene’s mission to offer women a supportive, safe, and nourishing yoga practice that empowers them to embrace their growing bellies while staying fit, balanced and confident. She loves teaching meditation, breath, and movement techniques mamas will use through out pregnancy, labor, childbirth, and motherhood.

Jolene has completed her 500-hour yoga training here in Portland, Oregon at Yoga Shala, her 100-hour Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Alliance training at Mama Tree in San Fransisco, and she has also acquired certificates in Trauma-Informed Street Yoga, Restorative Yoga w/ Traci Vogel, and an extra Prenatal certificate through Tanya Woods.
