Whether you are healing from an injury or you are an active person seeking cross training for injury prevention, this class explores neutrality and stabilization of the hips, shoulders, and spine. The class will guide you through fine tuned highly focused movements to get you in touch with your body. This practice is proven to facilitate the body's response to stress and equip you with physical movements that assist in restoration.
