In this 5 week series we will deeply explore pranayama, the ancient Yogic practice of breath control. Breath is our direct connection to source energy & life. "For breath is life, and if you breathe well you will live long on earth." ~Sanskrit Proverb Pranayama brings consciousness to the flow of breath, and thus the flow of energy in the body, thereby inviting greater mental clarity, heightened healing potential and deeper self-understanding. Pranayama, like other yogic practices, is about being more fully alive and well, and is a particularly helpful in the preparation for meditation. Pranayama practice connects breath patterns that encourage relaxation of the nervous system. Are you seeking clarity? Profound Healing?
