This workshop includes a gentle qigong practice including warm-ups, 64 graceful movements of dayan qigong, essential oils and meditation to promote the circulation of blood and qi, or vital life force, to enhance the body's ability to heal and self-regulate.
Following qigong, you’ll be guided into a relaxing restorative yoga practice to renew and replenish the body with breath work and longer held postures supported with bolsters and blankets to promote deep relaxation and restoration.
